Jericho Community Boatyard

Jericho Community Boatyard Ltd is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to defending Oxford boaters' rights and to getting our boatyard back.

Our boaytard in Jericho was sold down the river by Brutish Waterways to a company called Spring
Residential. We have maintained a long-drawn-out campaign to make sure that it is eventually returned to us.

Most recently Spring were roundly refused
planning permission on 9 counts by Oxford City Council, including not being able to build a thing without first providing us with a replacement
Boatyard - a condition they previously knew of but were trying to weasel round.

For any further info on the ongoing saga or any historic info on the cause, please visit our site www.JCBY.co.uk and have a look around. It's been
fun and it'll be even more so when we've won!
